CARPRO PALM CITY CLEAN CAR CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS Valid for Only 1 Vehicle (valid only for vehicle license plate listed on form) - Non transferable.
 No contracts – monthly agreement only.
 Member must notify CarPro Palm City of any change in vehicle ownership.
 The Clean Car Club Membership is not valid with any other offers or discounts, cannot be combined.
 The Clean Car Club Membership renews automatically on the anniversary day each month.
 Credit Card or Bank Account will be charged on the anniversary day each month.
 Clean Car Club Members may cancel at any time prior to their next billing date of at least 7 days prior to anniversary date. Unused portions will not be refunded. Clean Car Club member may continue to use membership until their anniversary date.
 CarPro Palm City reserves the right to cancel membership for any violations of terms and conditions without a refund.
 SUV´s & Oversized Vehicles – $10.00 additional per month.
